LI.FI’s Standard plan is advertised as free to integrate, with an upper allowance of 200 requests per minute. Its API documentation gives newly created keys a default of 100 requests per minute. These are different statements: do not budget 200 RPM merely because the public plan page displays that ceiling.
Both the plans page and rate-limit reference were checked September 24, 2026. The latter lists unauthenticated quotas of 75 requests per two hours for each of quote and advanced-routes,50 per two hours for step-transaction generation, and 100 per minute for other public endpoints. Quote-related authenticated capacity uses a rolling two-hour window; a 100 RPM allocation corresponds to 12,000 requests in that window.
What the commercial agreement must settle
Record the allocation actually assigned to the integration, the relevant endpoints and whether launch traffic can receive a higher limit. Enterprise advertises custom limits, dedicated account management, SLAs and volume-based swap/bridge discounts. Public material does not establish one universal dollar price for Enterprise.
Request capacity and trading fees belong in separate budget lines. “Free to integrate” does not establish that all underlying bridges, pools or transactions are free.
Monetization is a separate configuration
The current monetization guide lets an integrator set a percentage fee and register receiving wallets. It now describes direct forwarding to the configured fee wallet at execution, including EVM chains. Older help articles that describe manually claiming all EVM fees reflect the earlier collector arrangement.
Before launch, establish who is entitled to the fee, which wallet receives it, what users see in the quote, and the effect of changing that wallet. A usable key is evidence of technical access; it is not evidence that every commercial configuration has been registered correctly.
For procurement, obtain the assigned capacity and fee terms together. That resolves the 100-versus 200RPM ambiguity without inventing a public paid tier or treating infrastructure access as the entire transaction cost.
