OKX Trade API access has its own tier structure. It should not be budgeted from the retail DEX interface fee or a separate market-data subscription.
The Trade API fee page, checked September 24, 2026, describes these public terms:

The trial and some non-fee arrangements retain positive slippage under documented conditions and caps. That is not a flat ten-percent charge on every trade; it concerns the favorable execution difference described by the agreement.
Onboarding has prerequisites
The portal guide describes wallet-based account creation followed by email and phone verification. It currently documents up to three projects per account and three keys per project. These organizational limits are distinct from transaction throughput.
Ask for the actual assigned capacity
A range is not a guarantee that every Start-up account receives its maximum. Before launch, obtain the assigned limit, the volume basis for changes and the behavior at trial expiry. A product that succeeds in a short test can still lose its expected access if nobody owns the upgrade decision.
Finally, decide how your app discloses partner fees and favorable-execution allocation. The user's economic outcome depends on that policy as well as route quality. Confirm the current contract when those terms are material to the business model.
