Odos is not an active hosted trading or API option for a new integration. Its official shutdown information states that trading and API services have ended. The official announcement specifies July 30, 2026 as the permanent service shutdown date, following a read-only transition on July 27.
This status was checked on September 24, 2026 through indexed official pages. Direct retrieval of parts of the former documentation was unavailable. Older search results still describe plans, routing and basket swaps; those results should not be presented as current purchasing or trading instructions.
What ended, and what can remain
A hosted application, its quote API and deployed contracts are different things. The shutdown page notes that some contracts or programs can remain deployed and callable after hosted services end. Their continued existence does not recreate the operator's quoting service, support or trading interface.
Likewise, the existence of an ODOS token balance or an old swap receipt says nothing about the availability of a new trade. Historical on-chain records can outlive the business service that originally helped create them.
For former users
Identify whether you used an external self-custody wallet or a wallet embedded in the former application. Follow the official shutdown material for the relevant account arrangement. A replacement-looking website is not sufficient evidence of an authorized recovery or migration process.
Preserve transaction identifiers, network and account records. Do not share a seed phrase or private key with someone claiming they can restore access to a discontinued aggregator.
For developers choosing a replacement
Remove Odos hosted API availability from a current vendor shortlist. Reassess the workflow you need: one-input swaps, basket execution or cross-chain movement. The replacement must support that specific behavior, not merely carry the same aggregator label.
Do not assume old contract approvals, fee arrangements or response formats transfer to another provider. Treat the new service as a separate integration with its own identity, deployment references and commercial terms.
