A sponsored BSC transaction can allow a user to act without personally supplying native BNB for that transaction. It requires an integrated execution path and an accepted sponsorship policy. Simply holding USDT or TWT does not make every swap eligible.
BNB Chain's EOA paymaster design describes an approach distinct from ERC-4337 paymasters. Under its builder-based arrangement, a user transaction can be bundled with a sponsor transaction that covers the bundle's fees. The sponsor can restrict eligibility by sender, transaction type or other rules.
Three separate questions

“No native BNB required” and “no cost” are different propositions. A service may charge the user in another token even though the user does not fund the ordinary native fee balance.
Wallet features have their own boundaries
Consider a hypothetical sponsor that covers swaps through one integrated application but excludes transfers to other accounts. A user can complete the qualifying trade without supplying native gas and still need BNB for the next transfer. A policy covering one action should not be generalized to arbitrary DEX websites, bridges or wallet software.
Before relying on a zero-BNB workflow, obtain the actual supported fee option for the proposed transaction. Check whether an earlier approval, account setup or later transfer is included. If the interface offers only ordinary BNB-paid execution, an unrelated sponsorship announcement does not change that transaction.
Do not imitate sponsored execution by manually setting an ordinary transaction's gas price to zero. The sponsor, submission path and policy are part of the mechanism; the number alone is not the service.
